Woman Arrested After Attacking Boyfriend When He Refused A Threesome

A woman described as a spurned lover was arrested after attacking her boyfriend when he refused to take part in a threesome with a female friend.

According to police, 47-year-old Angel Lynn Curl became furious when both her partner and the other woman said no to the offer, which sparked the confrontation that followed.

The incident led to Curl being taken into custody around 1:15 a.m. on Sunday on a charge of domestic battery, a misdemeanor offense.

She was later released on bail with strict conditions, including an order preventing her from contacting the victim while the case is active.

Officers responded to Curl’s apartment in Clearwater, Florida, shortly after midnight following reports that she had “struck” her boyfriend of two years “multiple times in the face with a closed fist”.

The report states that the argument escalated quickly before police arrived.

An arrest affidavit says Curl had invited the second woman over with the intention that they would all “engage in sexual activity”.

What she planned as a group encounter, however, immediately fell apart.

It adds: “After all parties declined participating in sexual activity, the defendant became angry and used her left hand to repeatedly strike the victim multiple times in the face while he was seated on the couch in their living room. “

The affidavit also notes that the second woman witnessed the alleged assault but was not struck during the incident.

After being read her rights, Curl denied punching her boyfriend, according to the arrest report.

Neither he nor the other woman were identified in the Smoking Gun report that first covered the story.

The arrest documents show that no weapon was involved, and officers found no signs of drug use or mental health concerns during the encounter.

There were, however, clear indications that alcohol played a role in the situation, which may have contributed to how quickly things escalated.

The story also brings up a separate case involving Heidi Kathleen Carter, who was sentenced to 65 years in prison last year after torturing a couple she had met through an LGBTQ dating app and arranging a threesome with.

Her case shocked detectives due to the level of violence and the disturbing details uncovered in court.

Investigators said Carter met Amanda Siebe on the app and invited Siebe and her boyfriend, Ivy, to her home in October 2021.

What started as a consensual plan soon took another turn as the night unfolded.

According to court documents, the trio consumed alcohol and drugs before engaging in consensual sexual activity.

What happened next marked the beginning of a violent and tragic incident.

Things escalated when Carter’s ex-boyfriend, Carrey Hammond, came home unexpectedly and found the three in the middle of sexual activity.

Siebe later told investigators that Hammond became enraged and grabbed a baseball bat before attacking Ivy, turning the situation into a brutal assault.
