Ice-T And Wife Coco Share More About X-Rated Secret That’s Kept Their 24-Year Marriage Strong

Ice-T and his wife Coco have opened up once again about the X-rated secret that they say has kept their marriage thriving for nearly a quarter of a century.

The longtime couple, who got married in 2002, have never been shy about sharing that the key to their happiness lies in maintaining a strong and healthy sex life. It’s something they credit as a big part of their bond and mutual attraction over the years.

The rapper, who often speaks openly about relationships, famously credited their longevity to what he called ‘hot jungle sex.’

When asked by E! News at Heidi Klum’s Halloween bash on Friday (October 31) if that was still true after all these years, he replied:

“Yeah jungle sex. I actually heard an 86 year old man say that, and I stole it.. I think that’s kind of like what it is, but, I mean, I think you just got to stay in love. How simple is that?”

Coco backed him up without hesitation, saying: “You gotta listen to each other, and I know you’ve heard it before. You do have to conversate [sic]. You do have to have conversations over and over and over again you can’t get used to each other.”

In other words, their secret seems to be pretty simple—keep things exciting in the bedroom and make sure to actually talk to each other. The couple believes that both passion and communication are equally important when it comes to keeping a relationship alive.

When asked what makes them such close friends in addition to being romantic partners, Coco didn’t hesitate to say: “We’re the exact same person.”

She went on to explain her answer further, saying: “Exactly. If I were to be a boy, I would be him. And if he would be a girl…”

Ice-T couldn’t resist jumping in with his own joke, adding: “I’d be a little white girl with big boobs, you know what I’m saying? You got to turn the gangster into sexuality. It is, you know, the female power versus us.”

“But at the end of the day, we just dig each other. You know what I’m saying? Obviously! You know, so it ain’t gonna work no other way – trust me.”

His wife, now 46, smiled and added warmly: “Yeah, we’re the best friends.”

In a separate interview last year, Coco shared that one of their biggest priorities as a couple is maintaining intimacy. She emphasized that couples need to have sex regularly and to keep that part of their relationship healthy and exciting. Ice-T, who is now 67 and still starring on Law & Order: SVU, agreed completely.

Outside of the bedroom, the pair also make a point to spend quality time together. They enjoy date nights and often get dressed up just for each other, proving that their connection goes far beyond the physical.

As Ice-T once put it: “When you first get with somebody, you want to have sex, right? If that ever ends, it’s a wrap. When that feeling goes away, forget about it.”

So there you have it — according to Ice-T and Coco, the recipe for a lasting marriage might just be a mix of passion, communication, and a willingness to keep things exciting behind closed doors.
