Mysterious Pregnancy Unfolds at Nagpur Hospital: The Case of R. Sharma
In 2021, 27-year-old R. Sharma was admitted to a private hospital in Nagpur after a severe road accident left her in a deep coma with traumatic brain injury. For four years, she remained motionless, cared for by a rotating nursing team and closely monitored by surveillance cameras.
“There was no suspicious activity… no signs of physical intrusion,” hospital officials confirmed.
Then, in April 2025, a night-shift nurse noticed unexpected swelling. Emergency tests revealed the impossible—R. Sharma was 25 weeks pregnant.
