I’ve Undergone An Extreme Body Transformation — Covered In Tattoos And Even Got Horns Fitted — Here’s What I Looked Like Before

Toxii, who is from Belgium, began her body modification journey four years ago. Since then, she has transformed her appearance so drastically that she now looks almost unrecognizable from her former self.

The 31-year-old has gone through a series of extreme procedures, including heavy tattoo work and cosmetic surgeries such as breast implants. She also had “horns” surgically added to her forehead.

While she admits that her appearance can scare some people, Toxii says she feels happier and more confident than ever before.

Recently, Toxii gave her followers a look back at her appearance before she started modifying her body.

In a throwback Instagram photo, she’s seen with shoulder-length blonde hair, a glowing tan, fluttery false lashes, and light pink lipstick. She also wore large gold hoop earrings that completed her glammed-up style.

That polished look is long gone, and she’s now embraced an appearance that’s far more intense and edgy.

Gone are her blonde locks. These days, she rocks waist-length black dreadlocks. Her lips are fuller, and her once-tanned face is now completely covered in black ink and permanent makeup.

She has also changed her eye color—her green eyes are now jet black—and had ridges inserted beneath the skin on her forehead to enhance her look further.

Her tongue has been split and dyed black, and her teeth have been sharpened into silver points, giving her an even more intense appearance.

In addition to those changes, Toxii has had her ears reshaped and trimmed down, and she’s also had ridges surgically placed into her neck for added effect.

Her love of body modifications doesn’t stop there. She has also altered her genital area and undergone scarification—a form of body art where the skin is cut, burned, or branded to leave permanent raised scars with unique patterns.

One of her most extreme modifications to date is the full removal of her nose, which she proudly showcased to her followers on Instagram.

After debuting her nose removal, Toxii claimed that she is the first woman in history to have undergone such a procedure.

However, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing for her.

During a chat with street artist Devon Rodriguez, which she also posted to Instagram, Toxii opened up about the unexpected pain of the nose amputation.

She said it was even more painful than having her “horns” implanted.

In another video, she explained that before she could proceed with the nose removal surgery, both a medical doctor and a psychiatrist had to sign off on it.

But her most extreme change is her nose removal which she has proudly revealed on Instagram – and Toxii says she is still planning on making more changesInstagram / @toxii.bodymod

Although Toxii is clearly happy with how she looks now, not everyone feels the same. Some people on social media have voiced their concerns and opinions under her posts.

While speaking to Devon, she mentioned that it took around “eight weeks” for her body to fully recover from the nose surgery.

Interestingly, even though she chose to remove her nose, she admitted she couldn’t completely let it go. She shared that she keeps all of her removed body parts in little jars.

As for why she chose such dramatic changes, she simply explained: “I like to be imperfect and I think that imperfections make you unique.”

Still, not everyone agrees with or supports the path she’s taken. Many people have shared critical comments beneath her Instagram posts.

One user asked: “You were so beautiful before. What on earth made you do this to yourself?”

Someone else wrote: “I don’t understand how you can make these mods in such a short time? I think these decisions are best made over a longer period. It gives the body, mind and soul time to adjust to the change and make a healthy choice on continuing. This quick impulsiveness breeds discontent and regret – just my own experience, everyone has their own.”

And another shared: “Looking at the before and after photos make me cry. “
